A meaningful, rigorous, and supportive liberal arts education, where students learn not only the knowledge and skills required for higher education, but the tools of learning for a lifetime.

Our Approach

Learning as an Act of Worship

With the apostle Paul, we believe all things were created through Christ and for Christ, in whom all things hold together (Colossians 1:15-17). Therefore, our passionate and caring teachers invite students to learn as an act of worship of our Creator.

With theological study as the keystone of a meaningful education, students learn not only the knowledge and skills required for higher education, but the tools of learning for a lifetime.

Every Friday

Bison Friday

A transition to the weekend with a meaningful close to the week, an alternate format designed to nurture intrinsic motivation and authentic engagement in students, built around the core of a Christian liberal arts education.

Chapel

Engaging in worship together, singing praise to God, praying, and pondering God's truth.

Clubs

Fellowship with friends through student clubs built around shared interests.

Societies

Societies create smaller communities where students build friendships, serve and compete together, and encourage one another as they grow in knowing and following God.

Liberal Arts Seminar

Three Bison periods focused on language usage, independent reading, and the tutorial process, the essential skills of a Christian liberal arts education.

Tutorials

Additional access to teachers for help, deeper questions, and make-up work.
