Teacher and Administrator Application

School Leader (Secondary Dean of Students): As an administrator, this school leader guides staff and has oversight in climate and works under the direction of executive administration to fulfill the distinctive mission and vision of Flatirons Academy. Qualified candidates will have teaching or administrative experience in middle school or high school, a bachelor’s degree in education, and a firm commitment to following Christ. Leadership experience, a master’s degree in education, an educator’s license, and ACSI certification are preferred. The annual salary range is between $70,000 and $90,000, plus benefits, including an employer-sponsored insurance plan, and a retirement plan.

School Leader (Elementary Administrator): As an administrator, this school leader guides staff and has oversight in instruction, assessment, and climate, and works under the direction of executive administration to fulfill the distinctive mission and vision of Flatirons Academy. Qualified candidates will have teaching experience in a K-5th grade school, a bachelor’s degree in education, and a firm commitment to following Christ. Leadership experience, a master’s degree in education, an educator’s license, and ACSI certification are preferred. The annual salary range is between $70,000 and $90,000, plus benefits, including an employer-sponsored insurance plan, and a retirement plan.

School Nurse Consultant (Part-Time): This position involves developing policy and procedure for school health practices, training school health aides, and ensuring school compliance. Qualified candidates will have recent experience practicing as a registered nurse, clear understanding of nursing scope of practice, the ability to work independently, administrative skills, familiarity with developing policy and procedure, and a firm commitment to following Christ. This is a consulting and oversight position with limited on-site hours. The pay is between $7,000 and $14,000 annually.

Elementary Teacher (K-5th Grade): Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a firm commitment to following Christ. A master’s degree in education, an educator's license, ACSI certification, and prior experience are preferred. The annual salary range is between $60,000 and $73,000, plus benefits, including an employer-sponsored insurance plan, and a retirement plan.

Secondary Teacher (6-12th Grade, accepting applications in all subjects) : Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in the subject area of emphasis with coursework in secondary teacher education and a firm commitment to following Christ. A master’s degree in education, an educator's license, ACSI certification, and prior experience are preferred. The annual salary range is between $60,000 and $73,000, plus benefits, including an employer-sponsored insurance plan, and a retirement plan.

High School Girls Basketball - Varsity Head Coach: Qualified candidates will have prior basketball coaching experience and a firm commitment to following Christ.

High School Assistant Coaches: Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer. Qualified candidates will have prior coaching experience and a firm commitment to following Christ.
