Flatirons Academy is now accepting employment applications for the 2026-2027 school year, including applications for our elementary expansion at the Lafayette Flatirons Church campus. Interviews will begin in early 2026.

High School Spanish Teacher (position available for 2025-2026): Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree, written and verbal proficiency in Spanish, and a firm commitment to following Christ. A degree in education with an emphasis in Spanish language or literature, an educator's license, ACSI certification, and prior experience are preferred. The annual salary is $60,000, plus benefits, including an employer-sponsored insurance plan, and a retirement plan.

Elementary Art and/or Music Teacher: Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree, experience teaching or performing music or creating art, and a firm commitment to following Christ. A degree in art or music education, an educator's license, ACSI certification, and prior experience are preferred. The annual salary is $50,000, plus benefits, including an employer-sponsored insurance plan, and a retirement plan

Elementary Teachers (K-5th Grade): Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a firm commitment to following Christ. Qualified candidates will have teaching or administrative experience in a K-5th grade school, a bachelor’s degree in education, and a firm commitment to following Christ. Leadership experience, a master’s degree in education, an educator’s license, and ACSI certification are preferred. The annual salary is $85,000, plus benefits, including an employer-sponsored insurance plan, and a retirement plan.

Secondary Dean of Students (6-12th Grade): This administrator guides staff and has oversight in climate and works under the direction of executive administration to fulfill the distinctive mission and vision of Flatirons Academy. Qualified candidates will have teaching or administrative experience in middle school or high school, a bachelor’s degree in education, and a firm commitment to following Christ. Leadership experience, a master’s degree in education, an educator’s license, and ACSI certification are preferred. The annual salary is $75,000 plus benefits, including an employer-sponsored insurance plan, and a retirement plan.

Middle School Lead Administrator (6-8th Grade): This administrator guides staff and has oversight in instruction, assessment, and climate, and works under the direction of executive administration to fulfill the distinctive mission and vision of Flatirons Academy.
